Deon Mario Hairston MDiv, M.M.
Senior Pastor
Deon M. Hairston is the founder and Senior Pastor of New Yerushalayim Unity of the Faith Church, a ministry rooted in Ephesians 4:11–16 and Revelation 21:1–5, dedicated to developing disciples of Yahusha Ha'Mashiach for the perfecting of the saints, the work of the ministry, and the edifying of the body.
Pastor Deon holds a Bachelor of Music in Professional Music from Berklee College of Music, a Master of Music in Performance, and a Master of Divinity from Azusa Pacific University. He is also an accomplished musician who has performed across the continental United States and internationally, a journey that has shaped both his artistry and his pastoral heart.
Before founding New Yerushalayim, Pastor Hairston served as a Youth Pastor at Beracah Faith Ministries International and later as a Justice Pastor and teacher, building a foundation of ministry that spans worship, discipleship, and community advocacy. He is also the co-founder of Hairston Healing Hands, an organization dedicated to supporting survivors of sexual assault, a testament to his belief that the church must show up beyond its walls.
Pastor Deon's call is clear: to build a house where believers are equipped to do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly before Yahuah, and to raise up a generation that knows His name, walks in His Word, and carries His presence into every sphere of life.
