Teaching and Preaching Statement

“All Scripture is given by inspiration of Yahuah… that the man of Yahuah may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.”

Timotheus Sheniy (2 Timothy) 3:16–17

“Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves… defend the rights of the poor and needy.”

Mishlei (Proverbs) 31:8–9

“He has shown you… what is good: to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with your Elohiym.”

Miykah (Micah) 6:8
Our Foundation: Whole Counsel of Scripture
Everything starts here.

• New Yerushalayim Unity of the Faith Church preaches the whole message of Scripture
.
• Not selected parts. Not comfortable parts. The whole counsel.

That includes Yahuah’s call to:

• righteousness

• fairness

• mercy

• protection for those who are harmed, ignored, or pushed aside

Our Stance:

• The authority of NYUFC is Scripture

• The standard of NYUFC is Yahuah

• The teaching of NYUFC includes both truth and responsibility

Scripture does not separate belief from action.
It calls for both.

Core Idea:

If Scripture speaks on it, NYUFC will speak on it.
Our Position: Not Political, Fully Aligned to Yahuah
Clarity matters here.

• New Yerushalayim Unity of the Faith Church does not endorse political candidates
.
• NYUFC does not endorse political parties
.
• NYUFC does not campaign from the pulpit.

The ministry is not tied to:

• elections

• officials

• platforms

• political movements

Our Stance:

• The allegiance of NYUFC is to Yahuah (the LORD) alone.

• The pulpit remains free from political control or influence
.
• The church protects unity by refusing partisan alignment
This does not mean silence.

NYUFC will speak on issues that affect real lives and human dignity.

Core Idea:

NYUFC is not political, but it is not silent.
Our Responsibility: Speaking Truth About Real Issues
Truth must be spoken where people are affected.

• NYUFC addresses issues that shape everyday life
.
• NYUFC speaks where Scripture speaks.

That includes:

• racism

• poverty

• policing

• housing

• education

• family stability

• any pattern of harm Scripture calls out

Biblical Pattern:

• The prophets confronted corruption and oppression
.
• Yahusha (Jesus) confronted hypocrisy and exploitation
.
• The early Ekklesia (Assembly) cared for the vulnerable and stood for truth.

NYUFC follows that same pattern.

Silence does not protect people.

Silence protects harm.

What NYUFC Does:

• names what harms the community

• warns with clarity

• teaches with truth

• builds with purpose

• calls people to repentance and integrity

Core Idea:

Where Scripture confronts harm, NYUFC will confront it.
Our Practice: Living It Out
Faith must move beyond words.

• NYUFC equips people to live out their faith daily

• NYUFC teaches both conviction and wisdom

This includes:

• civic awareness

• voting

• serving the community

• understanding how decisions are made

• engaging public life without surrendering conscience

Our Stance:

• NYUFC follows the laws of the land

• NYUFC remains faithful to Yahuah above all

• NYUFC avoids partisanship but does not avoid truth

This pulpit is not partisan.

This pulpit is prophetic.

Our Goal:

• spiritual growth

• safety within the body

• unity rooted in truth

Speaking about injustice is part of loving one’s neighbor and honoring Yahuah.

Core Idea:

Faith is not only taught at NYUFC. It is lived.

“The Spirit of Yahuah is upon Me… He has sent Me to preach good news to the poor… to set at liberty those who are oppressed.”

Luqas (Luke) 4:18

“Faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.”

Ya'aqov (James) 2:17

“Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”

Romaiym (Romans) 12:21
