Core Beliefs
The following are the core beliefs of New Yerushalayim Unity of the Faith Church based on the foundational truths taught in the bible. All of our teaching and ministry is rooted in and flows out of these biblical doctrines.
Yahuah (יהוה) (The LORD) — The Father
We believe in one Elohiym (God), Yahuah (the LORD), Creator of heaven and earth, eternal, holy, righteous, and sovereign.
We believe Yahuah eternally exists as:
•The Father
•The Son, Yahusha Ha’Mashiach (Jesus the Messiah) (Jesus the Messiah) (Jesus, the Messiah)
•The Ruach Ha’Qodesh (The set apart Holy Spirit) (Holy Spirit)
Each is distinct yet perfectly united in essence, purpose, and glory.
Scripture: Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 45:5-6; Matthew 3:16-17
We believe Yahuah eternally exists as:
•The Father
•The Son, Yahusha Ha’Mashiach (Jesus the Messiah) (Jesus the Messiah) (Jesus, the Messiah)
•The Ruach Ha’Qodesh (The set apart Holy Spirit) (Holy Spirit)
Each is distinct yet perfectly united in essence, purpose, and glory.
Scripture: Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 45:5-6; Matthew 3:16-17
Yahusha Ha’Mashiach (Jesus the Messiah) — The Son
We believe Yahusha (Jesus) is the only begotten Son of Yahuah (the LORD). He was: Conceived by the Ruach Ha’Qodesh (The set apart Holy Spirit). Born of a virgin. Sinless in life and perfect in obedience. Crucified, died, and was buried. Raised bodily from the dead. Ascended to the right hand of Yahuah. Returning in power and glory as King
Through Him alone come forgiveness, reconciliation, and eternal life.
Scripture: John 3:16; Romans 10:9; Acts 1:9-11; John 14:6
Through Him alone come forgiveness, reconciliation, and eternal life.
Scripture: John 3:16; Romans 10:9; Acts 1:9-11; John 14:6
The Ruach Ha’Qodesh (The Holy Spirit)
We believe the Ruach Ha’Qodesh (The set apart Holy Spirit) is fully Elohiym (God), active in the world and in believers today.
He: Convicts of sin. Brings new birth. Indwells believers permanently. Empowers for holy living and witness. Distributes spiritual gifts. Produces spiritual fruit
Scripture: John 14:16-17; Acts 1:8; Galatians 5:22-23

Scripture: John 14:16-17; Acts 1:8; Galatians 5:22-23
The Scriptures
We believe the 66 books of Scripture, from Genesis to Revelation, are the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of Yahuah (the LORD).
We receive both the Tanakh (Old Covenant) and the Brit Chadashah (New Covenant) as one unified revelation of Yahuah’s redemptive plan through Yahusha Ha’Mashiach (Jesus, the Messiah). Scripture is our final authority for doctrine, correction, instruction, and righteous living.
Scripture: 2 Timothy 3:16-17; Psalm 119:89

Scripture: 2 Timothy 3:16-17; Psalm 119:89
Salvation
We believe all people have sinned and need redemption.
Salvation is the gift of grace through faith in Yahusha Ha’Mashiach (Jesus, the Messiah), received through repentance and new birth by the Ruach Ha’Qodesh (The set apart Holy Spirit).
True salvation produces obedience, transformation, and fruit.
Scripture: Romans 3:23-24; John 3:3-7; Ephesians 2:8-9

The Ekklesia (Assembly/church)
The Ekklesia (Assembly/Church) is the visibile Body of Yahusha Ha’Mashiach (Jesus, the Messiah), composed of all who are born of the Ruach Ha’Qodesh (The set apart/Holy Spirit) sent into the world to glorify Yahuah (The LORD). We are called to worship, to discipleship, to unity, to service, and to love. We welcome all nations who seek Yahuah through Messiah.
Scripture: Ephesians 4:4-6; Matthew 28:19-20
Scripture: Ephesians 4:4-6; Matthew 28:19-20
Yashar’el (Israel) and the Nations
We believe Yahuah’s covenant with Yashar’el (Israel) remains everlasting. We believe the nations are grafted in through faith in Yahusha Ha’Mashiach (Jesus, the Messiah), sharing in the promises of redemption.
Scripture: Romans 11:17-26; Genesis 17:7
Scripture: Romans 11:17-26; Genesis 17:7
Ordinances
We practice:
•Water baptism by immersion
•The Memorial Meal (Communion / Pesach Remembrance)
These testify to faith but do not secure salvation.

The Moedim (Appointed Times)
We honor the appointed times of Yahuah outlined in Leviticus 23.
We believe these moedim reveal the Messiah and foreshadow His redemptive work. We do not treat observance as a requirement for salvation and uphold liberty of conscience and unity in the Body.

Healing, Provision, and Generosity

We believe in:

•The resurrection of the righteous and unrighteous
•Eternal life for the redeemed
•Eternal separation for those who reject the Messiah

Marriage, Family, and Life
We believe human life is sacred from the womb to natural death.
We affirm marriage as a covenant between one man and one woman.
Families are called to nurture faith and model righteousness.

Torah, Obedience, and Covenant Life
We believe the Torah reveals Yahuah’s standards for holy living and points to Yahusha Ha’Mashiach (Jesus, the Messiah), who perfectly fulfilled them. We do not obey to earn salvation, but as a response of love and gratitude.
Scripture: Psalm 19:7; John 14:15; Romans 3:31
Scripture: Psalm 19:7; John 14:15; Romans 3:31
MISSION MINDED
